3. International Duties, Customs & Taxes As a global e-commerce entity, we provide international shipping to most major destinations. Incorrect Address & Delivery Failures Customers are fully responsible for ensuring that their complete legal name, street address, apartment/suite number, postal code, and phone number are entered correctly during checkout. A TO Z TRADING ONLINE STORE cannot be held liable for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the user. If a package is returned to our warehouse due to insufficient, wrong, or incomplete address details, the customer will be billed for redelivery.
6. Damaged and Missing Packages If you receive your order and discover that items are damaged, or if your tracking status states "Delivered" but you have not physically received the parcel: 1. Please save all original packaging materials, boxes, and damaged goods, as they are mandatory evidence required to file a formal claim with the shipping carrier.
